React Native or native for my project?
React Native covers the vast majority of product apps: one codebase, two platforms, half the time-to-market. Pure native remains relevant for very specific cases, games, heavy real-time processing. And when a native API is missing, I write the module myself; it is part of my daily work.
Do you work on existing apps?
Yes, that is half of my missions: taking over an inherited, mis-started or AI-generated app, auditing performance, levelling up the architecture. Many clients arrive with a struggling production app, not a blank page.
What is your rate?
My day rate is 800 EUR, adjustable with mission length and format. The first thirty-minute call is free: you leave with an honest opinion, whether we work together or not.
Do you work solo or with teams?
Both. Solo on an MVP or an audit, embedded in your product team for the long run, or coaching your developers. I have managed mobile teams and served as CTO as a service for eighteen months.
