Legal notice and privacy
Legal notice and privacy policy of magrin.fr: who publishes this site, what is collected, when, why, and your rights. No cookies, no trackers.
Publisher
Jérémy Magrin, sole proprietor (French EI), Chérac (17), France. Phone: +33 6 73 12 19 30 · contact@magrin.fr. SIREN 838 994 747 · EU VAT FR 26 838 994 747. Publication director: Jérémy Magrin. Jérémy Magrin is also the controller for the data described on this page.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States · +1 559 288 7060 · vercel.com.
No cookies, no advertising
This site sets no cookie, writes nothing to your browser and carries no advertising pixel: no consent banner is therefore required. Audience is measured on my own server (legitimate interest): the page viewed, the language, the site you came from, the country and the kind of device. Your IP address never enters those statistics: it feeds an identifier that changes every day, and a technical request cap keeps it for a few minutes at most before deletion. Vercel additionally measures page views and loading speed, without cookies or durable identifiers. None of it can recognise you from one day to the next.
Booking module
The form saves what you type into it, name, email and the rest if you fill it in, as you type, before you even confirm the slot. That is deliberate: if you do not go all the way, I can still get back to you. Only your name, email and the reason for the call are required; phone, company and the project note stay optional. This data is used solely to answer your request and prepare our call (pre-contractual measures, article 6.1.b GDPR). It is never sold, never added to a mailing campaign, and no automated decision is made on it. Confirming a slot creates an invitation in my Google calendar with your email.
Processors and transfers
Three providers process data on my behalf: Vercel (hosting and speed measurement), Supabase (database behind the booking module) and Google (calendar invitation). Vercel and Google are US companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, an adequacy decision of the European Commission; standard contractual clauses apply as a further safeguard. No data is passed to any other third party.
Retention
A draft never sent (a form started then abandoned) is automatically deleted after three months. Details from a conversation that does not go anywhere are automatically deleted three years after the last contact, the ceiling recommended by the CNIL. If we end up working together, contractual and accounting documents follow their own statutory durations. Audience statistics, being anonymous, are not time-limited.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to the processing or request portability, by simple email. Requests are handled within thirty days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr).
